我最近在学网页制作，看到别人家网上有滚动栏，我想知道，这个滚动栏是怎么做出来。字幕从下往慢慢往上升的，循环滚的。
在Macromedia Dreamweaver8里面怎么设置，或者代码是如何编写的。
