这和IT业一样,会电脑的人很多,但真正的电脑人才却很匮乏.
现在我们有的仅仅是数量却没有质量可言.

我感觉学校的教材,老师的素质,考试的方式还是有待改进.很多时候,发现英文系毕业的学生不能进行简单的对话,用的词汇是文邹邹,喜欢用很重的词.学生对语法的研究比外国人还"钻"得深.
现在很多学校请外教了,情形会改变的.
