怎摸解决

在命令行中输入

C:\>svrmgrl

Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.0.0 - Production
With the Partitioning option
JServer Release 8.1.7.0.0 - Production

SVRMGR> connect internal/oracle
连接成功。
SVRMGR> startup

startup后再连接数据库应该没有问题了。
