In order to understand the role of gibberellic acid fruits ripening and mechanism of proteins expressed, it is necessary to assess glycosidases induced by the phytohormone .Thus, we report here some characteristics of glycosidase ,that was expressed in the grape flesh by the application of gibberellic acid.
