杭州交通信息网office letter 入职:为什么我街头篮球装不了啊？

我下了街头篮球的安装程序开始安装～到99％的时候出了一个提示都是英文 上面有的个确定～点完确定就退出安装了～请问这是为什么？以前装过没事～就是在一次街头篮球坏了之后我把他卸了就再也装不上了！（提出上的英文如下）

以前的街头篮球没卸干净,扫一下注册表,找到以前的残留项目删了就行了.
再重新下载一遍
或者重装一下电脑
似乎种病毒了
因为篮球太大了！！！
