used to ：惯常, 惯于
be used to ：过去习惯于

Used to do sth,过去常做某事
Be/get used sto doing sth 习惯於做某事
Be used to do sth 被用来做某事

used to 表示以前经常做的事情,而现在不做了,后接动词原形.
be used to 表示对某事已经习惯了,to在这里是介词,后接名词或动名词:
1、He is used to working before 6;00 in the morning.(be used to doing sth )
2、He is not used to SiChuan food.(be used to do sth )
