For my part, it is a big problem in whole China as well. I love my own country so much that even I wanna be a soldier in the chinese modern army but there are totally different competition system and situation from western world. We have many excellent experts on all kinds of areas however it's not enough for them to work under a lot of life pressure or stress without the lowest insurance, is it?
PS: sorry because I ONLY can use English on this computer.
