在下认为：
1，训练，培养都用training即可，这样句子结构更加紧凑
2，学术、技能的训练，这里不能使用“学术的”，“技能的”这样的形容词，貌似正确，实际上讲不通。比如“我的苹果”，英文用“the apple of mine”,而不用“the apple of me”，这里也是如此，用training of +名词的结构我想更加妥当。
3, 你说的四项实际上强调的是“完善程度”“不偏薄”之意，因此在下认为“perfect”比上面的形容词good等要确切一点。
