呵呵 看看启动项里面有没有关于vc的启动项，开始－运行－输入msconfig
如果有的话，请删除该项，如果没有的话，看“服务”里面有没有相关的条目，有的话，请禁用
亥时不行的话，请询问vc达人
这段英文的意思是：
