老师让我用delphy做一个导购员管理系统，可我目前还没有思路怎么做啊，那位前辈可以帮我一下，

I think that is not difficult, you may search some delphi examples from google or baidu, if you can't find any, I may give you an idea, the system should be inculde 3 tiers, they are front end, back end, and database, the front end is an interface, it should be involve some funcitons, edit or add member as well as a duty table associate with the members. The back end is going to implement the relations and retrieving data from DB. Hope this can help you.
