judging from/by 由。。判断，judging from 用作独立结构，即不用考虑从句和主句逻辑关系的一致性，用法相当与：generally speaking, considering (考虑到）e.g.: judging from the truth, he is honest enough.
e.g. judging from the view, the earth is round.
从这两个例句中我们可以看出，不管主句主语为人、物、judging from 都不变，不会写成judged from
非独立结构则要考虑主从句的逻辑关系，
如：having finished the work, i went out
此处havcing done为主动 ,若主语变了，主动被动就会变，
e.g.:hit by the man, the little boy became angry.
