xyd520:wqqq回答是对的,即通常是硬件兼容性错误.但根据实际经验,出现这种蓝屏信息故障大多由电脑的物理内存和电脑硬盘有问题引起:1、内存芯片有坏道。这可用内存测试工具检测；也可用内存条替换。2、硬盘有逻辑坏道或物理坏道。最简单的方法是用起动光盘进入DOS下用SCANDISK修复系统文件及数据错误和磁盘表面扫描。望点滴经验能给你帮助！
