1.3 Under Voltage.(2.6V +/- 100mv).
Set 1K load to on.
Apply 2.75 volts to battery terminals.
Wait 20ms.
Check that UUT has not tripped.
Apply 2.45 volts to battery terminals.
Wait 20 ms.
Check that UUT has tripped.
Apply 3.2 volts to battery terminals.
Wait 20ms.
Check that UUT has reset.
1.4 Over Current.
Apply isolated volts 3.8V to cell + (TP5) and cell –ve (TP7)
Measure TP4 = 0V and TP6 >3.6V
Apply overcurrent load >6A between TP4 and TP6
Wait 10ms
Check that UUT current < 50mA for 10mS across TP4 and TP6
Remove 60mOhm resistor
Wait 100ms
Measure TP4 = 0V and TP6 >3.6V
1.5 FG tests.(Ambient Temperature and 200 ohm load test) .
Check that ambient temperature reading is between 5 and 25 deg C.
Check that a 200 ohm load at 4 volts gives a 20 ma +/-10% FG current reading.
