广州大学音乐舞蹈学院:求英语国家的菜单

in the resturant sometimes there's no menu,eg in the Mcdonald.In Mc the menu is printed on the bar above the waiters who are picking up customers' order.There will be always items such as
Fried chips(薯条)
Hamburger(汉堡)
Chicken Wings(鸡翅)
salad soup(罗宋汤,我觉得还是杂菜汤好了)
coke,coffee,tea with milk or sugar
and of course all fast food restaurant will have there own charter in food.
At a formal western hotel dining room there always be 4 courses during the dinner:Starter,starters main course desserts and afters.For the starter something fresh or sour will be set on such as salad with lemon juice or cheese garlic bread(this one is less popular in spendid hotels),Mixed lettuce leaf side salad,Prosciutto antipasto etc.
Main course is the most important part of a dinner,it's usually in the form of meat,beef,lamp,fish,chicken breast,groose liver……
I don't know much about the last two parts,sorry.
