装的kaspersky(tm)anti-virus personal pro 4.5无法卸载 第一回卸载好像出了点问题，没卸干净，现在想装其他杀毒软件，提示两杀毒软件不可共存，遂又在控制面版中删除 但仍显示unknown parameter:\locals~1\temp\set39.tmp
再点击确定
又弹出对话框setup usage
usage:
setup[/p]<path\filename>[/k]<path>[/u]<path>/n/s
/p<path\filename>-specifies an alternate location and name of the setup configuration file
/k<path>-specifies an alternate location of the KEYfile(s)
/u<path>-specifies an antivirus bases updates folder
/i<path>-specifies alternate location of the settings file(s)
/n-causes setup .exe not to reboot at the end of in stallation

什么意思？用优化大师的智能卸载，没有kaspersky项而且，搜变硬盘似乎没留下什么文件只是在运行刚才的卸载程序时在C:\Documents and Settings\深山红叶\Local Settings\Temp下生成一些.tmp文件，和一些空文件夹 我怀疑注册表有残留就运行注册表把HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\kaspersky项全删了重起之后，问题依旧
谁有解决办法？现在我急需查毒软件，这个问题要尽快解决有追加分
