influence多指潜移默化的影响,类似"近朱者赤"这种.比如父母对儿女的影响等等.

effect则多指事物变化产生的后果.有时间因果的先后.倾向于"效果"的意思.

至于字典有的那些东西楼上都COPY出来,就不说了.
