重装要丢失文件,建议用安装盘 修复 系统,一般的盘都有修复功能的.
以前我也出现这种情况
应该重装
还原一下系统试试
具体开机f8然后选最后一次正确配置
建议重装系统
若你没有添加硬件的话，就是你的软件有问题了。
试一下是否能进入安全模式，或恢复最后一次正常启动。
若还是不行只有用安装光盘修复系统了。
