Do you always bring your own lunch to school, or does your school serve food, too?
I wonder because my school (and
most America public schools) serve food at lunchtime. The food usually so bad. It’s something kids like to joke about. I have
heard my old classmates say many terrible things about cafeteria food. Some are so bad that if I repeated them here, 21st Century Teens could not print it.
But my classmates were right. Cafeteria food
Was horrible. Kids who packed their own lunches didn’t have to eat the cafeteria food. But lazy kids like me simple put up with whatever
was served. Fruit was canned and tasteless.
Vegetables were cooked so soft they fell apart
at touch of a fork. Chicken nuggets did not even look like real meat.
But for me, the time of eating bad food is over. In this school, the food is much better: fruit is not canned ,vegetables are not soft, and meat looks like meat .
This is because of hard-working
students.
