I had a very interesting winter holiday, especially during the 7-day spring festival holiday. My grandparents came to my home to have the traditional New Year's eve dinner. My mom cooked a lot of dishes with the help from my grandmothers. The dishes tasted superb. I loved the dumplings with the pork and Chinese cabbage filling the most. After the dinner, we all watched the CCTV 2006 Spring Festival Gala broadcasted live from Beijing and celebrated the arrival of the New Year at midnight.

New year\'s day

Today is New year\'s day, we can rest three days, and this

is the first day.

Today I want to go to a trip,but my parents want me to

stay at home, why? Only one answer:Because they like me to

learn some new things.

so I stay at home one day, I\'m so tired, I want to go bed

now, but it\'s time for dinner. I don\'t want to eat, so I

say to my parents:\"I don\'t want to eat dinner, I\'m so tired,

I want to go bed.\" They think I really don\'t want to eat

dinner, and tell me have a good dream.

Next day, I get up too early, mum is cooking breakfast,

and it\'s very delicious. I\'m very happy, because I can eat

a lot of delicious food.

After breakfast, I help my mother to clean the floor, but

the floor is too dirty, we must spend lots of time to do it.

Today I help my mother to do something, but tommorrow I

will help my father to do something, too.

Today I feel very cold, my father asks me help him to

repair an old bicycle, I think that\'s so easy, but I can\'t lift that

hammer,it\'s too big and too heavy.

These days, I know a principle, to do a parent is diffcult, we must

help them to do somethings, and for them old, we can be a dutiful son.
