鼓浪屿一日游推荐路线:电脑故障：电脑启动不能进入系统，怎么回事？

我的电脑故障：电脑启动不能进入系统。出现安全模式菜单，但是正常启动、按最后一次正确配置、安全模式都不行，出现黑屏，然后就没反应了。
我试着重装系统，还是不行，有时出现如下提示：An unexpected error(-15989374) occurred at line 1773 in d:\xpsprtm\base\boot\setup\arcdisp.c

（）中部分有时是0，有时是1348420179等。有一次如下：An unexpected error(0) occurred at line 1768 in d:\xpsprtm\base\boot\setup\arcdisp.c

有时出现如下提示：

我有些怀疑是不是温度太低的原因，只有1~5度，不过以前也是这个温度，不
以上提示是我试着重装系统时出现的，根本无法修复，重新安装都不行！
以上提示重新安装过程中出现的，重新安装不了啊！再说如果重装系统能解决问题我早重装了，这点本事我还是有的。
