楼主所提的问题是对的，饮茶是Yum Cha（不是Yun Cha），这是模仿广东话“饮茶”发音的新词汇。“饮茶”是去茶楼饮早茶一盅两件的意思，实际的意思是“茶楼的早餐”，所以很多字典查不出来。

现在在外国，所有的唐人餐馆都叫Yum Cha，不叫breakfast. 华人多的地方，当地洋人都知道Yum Cha是什么。
