sometime，some time，sometimes，some times

sometime，some time，sometimes和some times是最容易混淆的词，我们应注意加以区别。

sometime作为副词时表示“在某时、有朝一日”，指将来或过去的一个不确定的时间。

I saw her sometime last year. 我曾在去年见过他。

I will go to Shanghai sometime next week. 下周某时我将去上海。

some time用作名词词组，指“一段时间”。也可用作副词词组，指一个未定的时间，作“来日、改日”讲，一般与将来时连用，这时可与sometime通用。

I waited for you for some time. 我等了你一些时候了。

I’d like to see you some time/sometime next week. 我想在下周某时见到你。

sometimes是个频率副词，意为“有时”，表示动作发生的不经常性，用于现在或过去时态。（见always，usually，often，sometimes，never）

—What do you often do after school? 你经常放学后干什么？

—I often do my homework，but sometime I watch TV.

我经常做作业，但有时看电视。

I sometime got letters from him last year. 去年我有时收到他的来信。

some times意为“数次”。

He has been to Beijing some times. 他去过北京数次了。
