刚买的机器.出现过好几次蓝屏,都是在开机时出现,键盘和鼠标就没用了,只能直接关机.屏幕上出现一串英文字母::a promble has been detected and windows has benn shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
if this is the first time you've seem this stop error screen.restart your computer.if this screen appears again,follow these steps: check to be sure you have adequate disk space. if a driver is identified in the stop message,disable the driver or check with manufacture for driver updates ,try changing video adepters. any new hardware or software is properly installed. if this is a new installtion, ask your hardware manufacture for any wandows updates you might need.
check with your handware vender for any BIOS updates.disable BIOS memory option such as catching or shadowing.
If you need to ues saft mode to remove or disable components,restart you computer .press F8 to select adranced startup optinons and then select saft mode
