进入系统的时候出现这样的提示：

If you deleted this file on purpose,try uninstalling the associated application using its uninstall orset program
If you still want touseth application associated with this device file,try reiustalling that application to replace the missing file

这是98的系统
开始-运行-regedit
然后搜索注册表内的vnetsup.vxd vredir.vxd dfs.vxd msnp32.dll
把搜索到的这几个文件值清除。然后重启。
这是网卡驱动没有打到的原因。你也可以重新打下网卡驱动或是升级一下网卡驱动。
你的系统一定是破98吧，把你的网卡驱动，要有modem，把modem的驱动再重装一回吧！最好把系统升级到2000以上吧！
可能是病毒引发的或非正常关机造成的，从字面上看MSNP32.DLL可能是系统的网络连接文件丢失了部分内容，造成上网的不便和IE的非正常。你可试试用系统盘进行覆盖，将所需文件补进去，过程和装载新系统相似，但时间会短一些。如果不行再多请教高手们吧!
msnp32.dll是Microsoft网络功能的重要组件，安装了网卡（包括拨号适配器）和Microsoft网络客户端，该文件位于System目录下。系统找不到该文件，可能被误删。
◆建议：
在网络属性中删除掉所有的协议和适配器，然后重新添加适配器、TCP/IP协议和Microsoft网络客户，Windows将重新复制网络功能需要的文件。
重新安装网卡的TCP/IP协议和相关驱动程序应该就OK了.
