We often see couples of words like "decrease" 、"increase" ,these couples of words consist of two words that has almost oppisite meaning ,so I'm curious that does "de" and "in" has the oppisite meaning ?
de- == 向下、降低、减少
in- == 加强意义，或表示“使...”、“作...”
这两个意义是正好相反的 即：oppisite meaning
de-前缀和in-前缀都是表否定的。但是有些词里的in-其实是en-前缀的变体，而后者正是加强语气用的。
是它们做词根的时候意思相反，
这里面increase in 是增加的，有向内的感觉
decrease 就是除去，相反，如 decentralize使分散
centralize是集中的意思
increase增加
decrease减少
多用做数量的增加减少(列如人口)
