The Distributor shall not disclose or reproduce or howsoever make available to any party whatsoever, other than those persons in the employ of the Distributor to whom disclosure must be made, to enable the Distributor to carry on it’s business under agreement, any confidential information, trade secrets and or patent rights connected with the product. The afore-going shall apply mutates mutandis in perpetuity after the termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever. The Distributor acknowledges that all of the afore-going are trade secretes in which the Company has made substantial investment and in respect of which the Company has a legitimate right to protection.
