这是我在雅昌的一本刊物上看到的，那本书说这是“刊首语”的意思，我想证实一下，因为查字典都查不到，我手上的杂志也没有用“刊首语”这个东东，拜托各位了！

Sounds like a name but I doubt it is.
The only thing I can think it could be is the letters mixed up (with some incorrect) to be "Editor's letter"
