Social relation plays a impotant role in finding a job in China.
In order to get a job, some people may seek help from their friends, parents and others may treat the employees a great meal and send them gifts.
As far as I concernd, this is the current situation in China`s society.
Finding jobs in other cuntries,however, deponds only on the ability and competence of the job seeker, which is fair to everyone.
Why does the unfair factor exsite in china`s job market?
By the discussion of this problem, I think there is a lot for us to learn from the west.
