我觉得A和C都对。C不用说了，肯定对。但A也可以理解为电影中的大约200部，of表所属关系。请问这么理解有何不妥

如果选A，films前边最好加个定冠词或者是修饰语
呵呵，应该选C，给你简单说说：
大意：在第五届上海国际电影节上有大约200部电影参展（放映）。
数词几千、几百的表示只能用单数，且不应有of,
如：3 thousand soldiers are killed. 显然只有C符合题意。
另外，还有短语hundreds/thousands of 表示成百/千的。

名词前直接加数词，不用介词，对于hundred,thousand,million这些词来说，不加复数
只有在表示数以百计，千计，万计的时候，才用，hundreds of,thousands of,millions of
