在意思上它们是不一样的，在否定句中既可以用not as ...as...也可以用not so...as,而在肯定句中只能用as...as.．．
He is as clever as you.(He is not as/so clever as you.)
但下面的句子要特别注意：
1) I'll come back as soon as possible.
2) The clouds are as white as snow.
3) He is so strong as to lift a big stone.(so...as to do:那么．．．．．．以至．．．．．．）
在意思上它们是一样的，只是在用法上有一点区别。
一般在否定句中多用so...as,而在肯定句中多用as...as.
eg.
1.The box is as big as that one.
2.This shirt is not so tide as that one.
so...as只用于否定句中，as...as用于一般句或否定句中
好像前者只能用于否定？
后者既能用于否定也能用于肯定～
前者一般用在否定句
so...as用于否定句
