不是忘了，而是你要想办法对他不再动心了。时间可以，你也不要刻意的去忘记。我也曾以为我一辈子都不会忘记的人，而今却已觉得烟消云散。那时，我做自己应该做的事情，就尽力不想他，然后我会抽出时间使劲的用力气想他，我就是让自己想每一个细节，自己想烦了，累了，哭也哭累了，就不想了，直到有一天，我发现很多事情的细节我记得很模糊了，后来我连最熟悉的手机号码也要很久才想起。不要刻意的去忘记。慢慢的就想也想不起来了

在去等待或者寻找你爱的人,那样你就可以把她忘记了,你想想,世界上的好女孩很多,你就不用老是这样想自己怎么能忘记她了,你把他的任何信息给删除了,再也不想她了就行了
