The place-where the product is located-should obviously be on the customer`s desk or in their home-but how much effort it requires to get it there?I deal with a grocery shop that will take my order over the phone and deliver to my door.I could save money by going to a supermaket,but I don`t want to trail round endless shelves of things I don`t need and carry my shopping home as well.It osts too much in time and hassle.If I want information,I pay someone to get it for me on the same principle.So inextricably bound up with price is place.If information is not delivered at the right time to the right place,it may be too expensive to bother with.
