英文直译是告诉你某个电脑文件出了问题，当前程序马上要被关闭。据我猜测那个出问题的文件应该是操作系统的某个文件，所以进不去了。
我的电脑也出过一次这样的问题，是因为我用了一下系统更新程序，结果把系统给更新坏了，就是这样的。不过当时提醒我的是汉语，不是英文。跟你这个很像。我后来是重新安装才搞定了。
还用98啊？
