Upon termination of this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Representative commissions, computed in the same manner as herein provided, on orders accepted by the Company prior to the termination date except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or as may be prohibited or limited by the law of the United States or the Territory. The Representative hereby waives any claim or right to commissions on orders accepted by the Company after the termination date.
此协议终止时，公司应付给代表在协议终止日前接到的订单的佣金，协议规定之外的订单或者受美国法律禁止或限制的订单除外，佣金以此处提供的方式计算。代表因此也放弃对公司在协议终止日期后接受的订单的索赔或索取佣金的权利
在合同终止日之前，公司必须付给代表佣金，可以核对一下这所提供的数值。公司已购的商品会在终止期前收到，或以合同中提到的其它方式送到，也有可能被美国或地域限制而无法收到。代表不会收取任何佣金在公司收到订货之前。
