2.1 Applicability

b. From the fourth order, products should be tested one time in each 1000pcs after success of previous three orders.
c. Products should not be tested if the quantity of the order is less than 300pcs. People should take one product to test after finish if the quantity is 30-300pcs.
2.3 The items and methods of test
2.3.1 the test of service life
According to normal situation, the whole weight of two people is 200lbs. Ask those two people to play on the bouncer, they should finish complete test, from climbing on the wall to slide down. Then 5 minutes for testing and 5 minutes for break, after six hours, the bouncer should not have any serious destroy or the air pressure couldn’t less than 500pa.
2.3.2 the test of reliability
