"walk the walk and talk the talk" is the title of an article(MAY 24,2006,21ST CENTURY),but i googled this sentence--Muhammad Ali could "talk the talk and walk the walk!" .
My question is what's the meaning of "walk the walk and talk the talk" or "talk the talk and walk the walk" (translated into Chinese)? someone veteran whoever can help me will be appreciated,my E-mail is moonshiningboy@hotmail.com.
i think the meaning is u can say what u wanna say,and do what u wanna do. so i can give this example: You can "talk the talk ",but can u "walk the walk"?In other words, shall u back up your words with action?
