How long , how often , how soon这三个词组都是对时间进行提问的表达方式，都含有“多久”的意思。区别在于提问的对象。

1、how soon 指的是从一个基本时间到将来某一动作的结束，所提问的时间状语大多数是“in+时间段”，一般用来询问用来询问某个动作在多久的将来发生。例如：
The workers will finish the building in two weeks .
工人们将在两周内造好这幢楼房。

问句是针对in two weeks：
How soon will the workers finish the building ?
工人们要多久才能造好大楼？

回答这样的问题也要有具体的时间：
How soon can you visit me ?
你多久才能来看我？

We can come to visit you in a month .
我们在一月之内来看你。

2、how long表示“多长时间”，对一个延续性动作或状态所占用的时间进行提问。回答这样的问题，后面常常用“for+一段时间”的状语。例如：

How long have you lived here?
你在这儿住了多久？

回答是：I have lived here for four years .
我在这儿住了4年了。

对下列句子提问要用how long：
It will take me another day or two to finish .
我还要一两天时间才结束。

How long will it take you to finish?
还要多久你才能结束？

3、how often是对一段时间内某一动作发生的次数，即“频度”进行提问，具体的如once a week（an hour, a year……）, every day（month, year……）以及sometimes等提问。例如：

He went to the club twice a month.
他一个月到俱乐部去两次。

问句用how often：
How often do you go to the club?
你每隔多长时间（每隔多久）到俱乐部去一次？

对这样的回答要具体。例如：
How often do you have an English evening?
你们多久举行一次英语晚会？

回答应是：
We have an English evening once a month.
我们一个月举行一次英语晚会。

所以我觉得A和B都不太合适，似乎应该使用how long

how long才对呀?!
