经营收入奖：根据经营收入、回款率，按比例提奖
经营信息奖：为单位提供项目信息，协助签定合同后，按合同额的一定比例提奖。
投标奖：参加项目投标，中标后，按100%计算产值，未中标的，按50%计算产值，由于工作失误，未达到标书规定要求的责任者，不计算产值。
技术转让、专利技术、专利奖：对于利用专有技术的项目，按比列给发明者或技术开发者奖金。
工程项目奖金：设计项目按完成的产值提取一定比例的奖金，未出项质量问题，全额提取，出现质量事故，按造成的损失的一定比例扣除奖金。对于项目获奖，对获奖人员根据获奖的名次给予获奖人员不同的奖金数额。
