In order to ensure product updates are handled in an efficient manner please follow these easy steps.

c) Filename that was uploaded to the FTP server.
d) A description of why the update is being done.

Product updates will be handled in the order they are received. Products with functional problems will take priority over products that are being upgraded or enhanced.
The new product will be uploaded over the old one and downloads reset so that past customers can get the update from their past purchases page.
If the update contains substantial new content and the product is at least 90 days old, it may be released to page one of the MP. Otherwise it will keep it's current position in the MP. New content does not constitute adding makeup textures, different eye maps, re-doing the skin textures, etc for a character pack, or adding another cr2 for a different character for a clothing item. These will be considered product enhancements, and will not warrant a re-release of the product. Re-releasing a product update is at the discretion of the Admin Team.
