It means to build up a virtual government providing convenient; efficient; high-qualified public service. Electronicized Government plays an important role in improving government efficiency, bettering government policies, forming the open and responsible government and, most important of all, sharpening national competition .Therefore, it is the tendency to build up an electronicized government. The electronicized government is on the basis of transparancy of government information, the electronization of government, the innovation of government service, the information technology and reformation of government etc.
