怎样辩别是哪种软硬件冲突？计算机当机后显示信息如下：

你的问题是在启动时出现的呢？还是在系统正常运行时出现的呢？
假如是在启动时出现的，我想你的电脑现在肯定还可以进安全模式，那样就可这样做。首先开机，按f8键进入开机菜单，然后选择使用启动日志。在继续启动，当然进不去系统。然后充启进入安全模式，这样进入系统后就可以在%systemroot%/windows/文件夹下找到一个名为ntbtlog.txt的文件，里面最后一行写的就是发生问题的组件，抄下来以后就可以在网上搜索查找解决方法了。
假如是在系统运行时出现的，那么可以这样做。在我的电脑上点右键，选择管理命令，进入计算机管理控制台，在其中单击“事件查看器”前面的加号，选择“系统”或者“应用程序”，察看其中的信息发生的时间，一定有一个事件发生的时间与你的系统出现蓝屏的时间相同，把它的内容记下来，在网上搜索也可以找到解决办法。
