“However,although the number of black home-schooling families has in-creaset,the number is still very low because Most black families don't have enough time or Money for home schooling,”said Michael Apple,an education professor at the University of Wisconsin who studies home schooling. “The number of support groups and programs for home-schoolers is not enough .We still have a long way to go.”
