按照提示，拆除新安装的硬件，重新启动，看是否可行，ati2dvag.dll 应该是ATI显卡驱动文件，看是否为显卡问题，如果这样做重新启动还是这个提示，那么重装系统，一般可以解决问题。（注：我遇到过几次这种问题，到最后都是重装系统解决）

重装系统 或者修复系统
修复就是把系统盘放进去按照正常的安装 步骤进行

意思：
一个问题发生，Windows关闭以阻止损坏，这个问题看起来是由ati2dvag.dll这个文件引起的
