为什么不用B呢？因为你看，要是用it，这个句子就是用逗号隔开的两句话--这个在英语中是不允许的。
不用C的原因就是有一个介词--with。
其实容易点记就是介词后面没有用what的，代东西的用which，代人的用who或者whom。
B:it无法用来引导定语从句

非限定性定语从句
正确的就是 D which
当然是D了，介词后面不用that；这是句整句，中间逗号隔开所以不用it；what不指代已知的东西
which 代cloth
You can clean your face and hands with the cloth.
With the cloth you can clean your face and hands.
这是个介词+关系代词引导的定语从句。which 代前面的cloth. 如果用it，应该在with 前面加个连词and也行。
例如：
I gave him some money, with which he could buy something useful.
I gave him some money and he could buy something useful with it.
There are 20 students in the class, 10 of whom are girls.
There are 20 students in the class and 10 of them are girls.
