楼上的这位你的英语不错，但还是犯了小小的错误，reluctant已经是舍不得，不愿意的意思了，就不应该加not了，所以应该是：
I'm reluctant to spend money on this.或者是
I'm reluctant to buy it.
第二句我同意你的看法，My treat或者It's on me.
“Be my guest”是“请随意”的意思。相当于“Help yourself”或者是“Please do”
I cann't afford to buy this

舍不得用unwilling就可以了
i am unwilling to buy it.
